Who is responsible for the work?

What exactly is included?
Have the contractor explain preparation, repairs, materials, removal, disposal, equipment connections, and startup. Ask which parts of the yard or enclosure could be affected and what restoration is included.
How will changes be handled?
Ask what can only be assessed after removal, how additional work will be priced, and how you approve it. Request a written change-order process and a payment schedule you understand.
What affects the calendar?
Ask about product availability, inspections, weather, and early finish care. Find out how you will receive updates if the expected sequence changes.
What happens after the pool is filled?
Who tests the water, brushes the finish, starts the equipment, and tells you when swimming can resume? Which tasks become yours, and when?
What coverage do I receive?
Request the exact written workmanship and product warranties. Ask about exclusions, care obligations, and the process for reporting a concern. Keep copies of model numbers and finish information.

Ask for a walk-through of the work route
Where will deliveries arrive? How will debris leave a screened yard? What happens to the access path, planting, or enclosure opening? Ask for the restoration responsibility in writing so it does not sit outside an otherwise detailed finish quote.
Ask how the evidence supports the price
Request measured quantities, exact products, preparation details, and a repair allowance with a defined purpose. Ask for comparable project references where available and clarify which work in the portfolio the provider actually performed. An attractive concept image is not a completed-project record.
Ask who handles water and handoff
Name the person arranging proper water disposal, the refill, and startup. Confirm utility requirements for the actual account. Keep workmanship contacts, product warranties, and care instructions together before considering the renovation complete.
